  They came out to check a problem with our oven. Friendly service guy who diagnosed the problem, and it seemed like a simple fix. Charged us $125. Said they would come back and do the repair after ordering the part. Instead, they cashed our check and ghosted. Never came back. Never returned repeated phone calls over several weeks.   I could not have asked for a more positive experience. We had scheduled a repair, and we had a window of time for him to come. We got a call early that morning with an expected time- which is so appreciated. Marc was knowledgeable, professional and explained the issue clearly and concisely.   ZLine Dual fuel range only 18 month old. Out of warranty ??? Suddenly the oven would not work.
I called 17 repair places-did not service Zline! Had I known!
I opened a case with Zline. Sent requested pictures so they could virtually diagnose???
Finally found called Greczyn -they answered the phone (imagine?)-Yes they service Zline-scheduled an appointment for 2 days later-arrived on time-very friendly/professional but best part 20 minutes or so later I hear “Your all set” I could not believe it it was fixed! It was the wire harness 1 broken-the other ready to break! They had new ones and replaced! No waiting on parts/multiple service calls blah blah…..they explained it to me as well as other helpful tips/warranties etc and the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable! I could not be happier! Back to baking for me!!!

The BEST part-later that day a Zline rep called me. Proudly stating “Based on the pictures I sent they diagnosed the problem. I needed a new lower heater element” which I could purchase from them. To which I replied “No I don’t-I found a service company and it was not the heating element. Thanks but we’re all set.”
I wonder how many parts/how much frustration, time and $ I would have spent before it was fixed or I gave up, if I had not found Greczyn Brothers to fix with 1 visit in 2 days for less than $200!

  I 100% recommend Marc and the services he offers.  I was able to make an appointment for THE NEXT DAY which seemed like a miracle.  I spoke to 2 other businesses that were booking out a week and a half to almost a month. My washing machine was on the fritz and he quickly figured out the problem and the most economic way to handle it.  He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced.   By the way, I first booked an appointment online and then followed up with a phone call (left a message) just in case.  Worked for me- I got a call back and firmed up the details for the appointment.
